Jeremy Parker Interview About Swag’s Future on EzeTech & Medium.com by Oleksii Shevchenko

Always on the entrepreneurial path, the interview talks about how Swag.com co-founder, Jeremy Parker looks at the promotional products industry and how he’s built Swag over the past two years into one of the top promotional product platforms in the US.

Many start-ups face the same challenges, such as getting new customers on board. Swag wanted to take that on from day one, looking at starting big with companies like Facebook and WeWork and Bravo among their first clients, building a blue-chip roster instead of starting small, which of course has helped with subsequent pitches and sales.

It is however a massive and fragmented industry overall, but it is one that has a lot of commonalities across the board, such as younger buyers that are suited to having the whole order process occur online and the potential overwhelming work from seeing so many promo options, whereas we help provide the top suggestions for products such as water bottles, t-shirts along with unique items that most promotional product sites might not have. More and more people are looking at quality and Swag also wants to cover higher-end promo items too.

The interview looks at how co-founders Josh Orbach and Jeremy Parker got started, how they work in tandem splitting responsibilities across the board, as well as next steps and overall plans for Swag.com, such as further improving customer experience. They also talk about the pros and cons to entrepreneurship overall – which while it can be very rewarding, requires you to trade in some sleep time!
