Swag Ideas

Swag Trends at Expo West 2024

Is your company swag runway ready?

Sure, anything with your logo on it will always be in. But your brand has a personality, so why not show it off through swag?

In partnership with our friends at Startup CPG, we put on the first ever Swag Fashion Show at this years Expo West. We wanted to see just how far people would go to show their brands personality.

Here are some of the trends we saw:

Bold Colors

Your brands colors are one of the things that really makes your brand unique. Sure, other logos might have similar colors. But how you approach your company colors is entirely unique to you and your brand. Going all out and embracing your brands aesthetic is one way to really stand out from the crowd.

Accessories

Colors and a logo are very important parts of what makes up your brand identity. But how you portray your brand is entirely up to you- so why not make it fun?? Take a branded t-shirt a few steps further and create fun accessories based off of your company name, logo, values, or anything else to play even deeper into your brands personality.

Keep It Simple

I know what you’re thinking, this totally contradicts everything we have said in the blog so far. That being said, we get that being over the top isn’t for everyone! That being said, there are still ways to make simple branding stand out.

Sure, an Octopus hat or full cookie bodysuit might not be for you- that’s okay! We want you to express your brand however that appeals to you. Branded apparel does not have to be over the top to be great. A fun tagline, saying or design on a piece of swag can do just as much as an all out costume if it is done right! Don’t try to make your brand into something that its not just for the appearance- play into who you are as a company, not matter what that looks like.

No matter what your brand’s style is, there is always a way to show it off – whatever that means to you! So the next time you have a trade show, company offsite or just want to send some good swag vibes to your employees or clients, think outside the box! There isn’t ONE right way to make swag, so dare to be different.
