We recently started offering custom face masks to our customers. We have a wide selection of style and fabrics to choose from, available both custom branded and blank.
Let’s be honest, this is not a product you have thought much about before a few weeks ago. Us either. It was not even something we offered on our site. But now they are among our most popular items.
So to help you find the right custom face mask for your needs, here are some of the common (and not so common) questions we have been getting from our customers.
With this post we are trying to provide answers to all the questions you might have regarding custom face masks, but if there is something we might have missed, let us know.
Can I customize the face mask with our branding or custom art work?
Yes! We have a bunch different options of masks that can be customized in different ways from screenprinting to full custom fabric and knits. We can help you make the fully custom face mask that is best for your needs.
Do you offer unbranded bulk order face masks?
Yes, we offer a few different options of unbranded face masks that you can order in bulk for your team, customers or any other of your face mask needs.
Are your face masks washable and/or reusable?
Yes. Most of the face masks on our site are machine washable and made to be reusable.
Are your face masks one size fits all?
The masks on our site are listed as one-size fits most and have elastic bands to help keep the masks secure. If you have specific sizing questions, review the specs on each product page, or just let us know.
Are your face masks medical-grade?
All our Fabric masks should not be considered replacements for medical grade PPE equipment. None of our masks should be used as substitute for N95 medical-grade masks.
Our masks do meet the requirement for CDC recommendations for face coverings for day-to-day uses. As recommended, masks should be worn for everyday outings where you can not guarantee maintaining a safe social distance. This includes trips to the grocery store or pharmacy, or working inside. Our reusable mask will protect you and those around you quite well.
What materials are swag.com’s masks made out of?
We have a selection of masks on our website made out of different materials.
100% Cotton Masks – Canvas Masks are made of a cotton canvas, similar to a cotton tee-shirt. As is our Rustico Mask.
Polyblend Masks – The Braddock Face Mask is a 2-ply construction from 55% cotton and 45% polyester.
Custom Knitted Masks – Our Knitted Face Mask is a custom knit mask made from a yarn dyed, combed cotton blend composed of 75% Cotton, 21% Nylon and 4% Lycra.
Due the demand for face masks, our selection is changing often, so let us know if you have any specific needs or questions about our materials.
What are the print specs or parameters to keep in mind while designing masks?
For a basic front and center print on the mask, our printable area for most masks is about 3” x 3”, but there is some slight variation for each product. It is best to use our mock-up feature to upload your design. And if you have any questions about any particular product let us know.
What is the Turnaround Time for Custom Branded Masks?
Due to the quickly updating nature of things at this time our turnaround time for masks is changing daily (sometimes hourly). While we are keeping estimated in-hands dates accurate on our site, if you have a specific date your masks are needed, please confirm before placing your order that the date can be confirmed.
