Today Swag.com launched a new feature that makes the internal approval process for buying custom items easier than ever.
Many of our customers require internal approval before they purchase the items they’ve designed on Swag.com. To help make it much simpler, we’ve added a new feature that allows customers to generate downloadable PDF invoices and custom product presentations before they check out!
PDF Invoices display an itemized cost breakdown of your order including production costs, shipping costs, and taxes. This is a straightforward document that can be shown to account for projected costs.
The downloadable presentation contains full color mockups of each of your products, as well as information about cost, in hand dates and more! This is a great document to use if you have to convince someone that your products will look great!
Creating these documents is as easy as can be. Simply add custom items to your cart, and when you are ready to checkout, fill in your shipping information. Once you do so, you will see an option in the top right corner that says “Need approval?” Clicking here will allow you to easily download either of these documents.
